Where there is no giver or receiver


Partner yoga is a practice between two or more practitioners in supported postures to assist in deeper stretching and strengthening of the muscles. Cultivate trust, intuition and awareness as you reel both you and partner back into a state of balance, recognising that there is no giver or receiver – there are simply two parties that are working symbiotically. This class is great for beginners to achieve the basic yoga poses and is a great platform to build confidence before moving into any advanced acrobatic yoga postures.
Every Monday, 7pm
Duration: 1 hour/session
Intake: 12 slots each session

Core Yoga

Strengthen your core for better control


Core Yoga class is more than just the work of your abdomen. This practice introduces you to the stretch & control of the muscles that stabilise your movements. A strong and stable core prevents injury and helps to improve your sports performances. Backbends, Inversions & Arm Balances may be introduced in this class and is suitable for all level of practitioners.
Class is suitable for all level of practitioners and variations will be given accordingly!
Every Wednesday, 7pm
