Yin Yang Yoga

Combining both grounding & dynamic energy in one single practice


Yin qualities are typically internal & passive while yang qualities are external & active. Yin posture works to promote & maintain joint mobility as we access into the deeper tissues of our body e.g connective tissues, and are held between 3 to 5 minutes each. yang postures, on the other hand, promotes the strengthening of soft, fluid-filled & elastic tissues e.g muscles, increase stamina & flexibility. The combination of both qualities encourages you to find balance on and off your mat.

Core Yoga

Strengthen your core for better control


It's more that just the work of your abdomen, our Core class introduces you to the stretch & control of the muscles that stabilise your movements. A strong and stable core prevents injury and improves performance in all types of sports.
Backbends, Inversions & Arm Balances may be introduced in this class!
Class is suitable for all level of practitioners and variations will be given accordingly!
